Service Agreement

Service Provision
2.1 Sunrise Moving and Packing will make reasonable efforts to provide services in a professional and timely manner, according to the terms agreed upon during the booking process.
2.2 Services such as truck rental, storage, dumpster rental, packing, unpacking, supplies, and moving labor will be provided as specified in the booking confirmation.
2.3 Sunrise Moving and Packing reserves the right to subcontract or assign the provision of services to a third party, if deemed necessary.
Customer Responsibilities
3.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information during the booking process, including but not limited to contact details, addresses, and the nature of the requested services.
3.2 The customer must ensure that they or their representative are present at the designated location at the agreed-upon time for the provision of services.
3.3 The customer must ensure that the location is accessible and ready for the services to be performed, including clearing pathways, securing necessary permits, and ensuring the availability of parking spaces.
Rates, Payments, and Cancellation
4.1 Rates for our services will be provided upon inquiry and are subject to change without prior notice. All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
4.2 Payment terms and methods will be specified in the booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed upon, full payment is due prior to the provision of services.
4.3 If the customer cancels or reschedules a booked service, Sunrise Moving and Packing reserves the right to apply cancellation or rescheduling fees. The specific fees and conditions will be communicated during the booking process.
Liability and Insurance
5.1 While Sunrise Moving and Packing will exercise reasonable care in the provision of services, we do not assume liability for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur during the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5.2 The customer is responsible for ensuring that their personal belongings, including fragile and valuable items, are properly packed, labeled, and secured before transportation or storage. Sunrise Moving and Packing shall not be liable for any damage or loss of such items unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5.3 Sunrise Moving and Packing recommends that customers obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their belongings during transportation or storage. We do not provide insurance coverage for customer belongings unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
Force Majeure
6.1 Sunrise Moving and Packing shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or interruption of services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, acts of government, labor disputes, or equipment malfunctions.
Confidentiality and Privacy
7.1 Sunrise Moving and Packing will handle customer information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

2.3 Our movers will assist in loading and unloading the moving vehicle, as well as packing and unpacking your belongings in a professional and efficient manner.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for the rental or use of a suitable moving vehicle, including obtaining the necessary permits and adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
3.2 The customer must ensure that the moving vehicle is safe, properly insured, and suitable for the transportation of their belongings.

4. Rates, Payments, and Cancellation
